Fees & Insurance

Artwood Psychological Services, APC provides comprehensive psychological, developmental, and neuropsychological assessment services for children, adolescents, and adults.

Professional Fees

Psychological Assessment Services: $380 per hour

Our professional fee applies to assessment services provided by licensed psychologists, including clinical interviews, psychological testing, scoring, interpretation, review of records, diagnostic formulation, report preparation, and feedback.

The total cost of an evaluation depends on the complexity of the assessment, the measures required, and the professional time involved. An estimate of anticipated fees is provided before services begin.

Insurance & Reimbursement

Artwood Psychological Services is an out-of-network provider and is not currently contracted with insurance companies.

Clients with out-of-network benefits may qualify for partial reimbursement through their insurance plans. Upon request, we can provide a detailed receipt (superbill) for submission to their insurance carrier.

Reimbursement is not guaranteed. Clients are responsible for payment regardless of their insurance coverage or reimbursement eligibility.

Flexible Payment Options

To help make comprehensive evaluations more accessible, clients may arrange to pay the total evaluation fee in up to three installments.

Payment arrangements must be established before services begin and will be documented in the client's financial agreement.
